“Every show is special,” James said. “When I look at the list of places we’ll be going to this year, they are serious venues—Birmingham Symphony Hall, Newcastle O2, Bridgewater Hall in Manchester.”
While he is eager to bring his love of food to audiences in a new format, James confessed that the prospect of performing live is daunting. “If I walked out there and was rubbish…” he trailed off, shuddering at the thought.
